Save and reuse content across flows

The Content Library stores reusable content so you can bring it into new flows quickly.

Saving to Library

When you have content you want to reuse:

Use Save to Library on a content node
Give it a clear title
It appears in Dashboard -> Sources

Accessing Your Library

Open the Content Library from:

Dashboard -> Sources
the Content Library menu in the flow toolbar or canvas context menu

Using Library Content

To use saved content in a new workflow:

Open Content Library from the flow toolbar or canvas menu
Search and select a saved item
Creatos adds it to the canvas as a new content node

Managing Library Content

In Dashboard -> Sources you can:

Search saved content by title
Preview saved items
Add a new text / URL / YouTube item manually
Delete items you no longer need
