Content Library
Save and reuse content across flows
The Content Library stores reusable content so you can drop it into new flows quickly.
Saving to Library
When you have content you want to reuse:
- Use Save to Library on a content node
- Give it a clear title
- It appears in Dashboard -> Sources
Accessing Your Library
Open the Content Library from:
- Dashboard -> Sources
- Flow canvas Content Library list
Using Library Content
To use saved content in a new workflow:
- Open the Content Library list in the flow canvas
- Search and pick a saved item
- Drag it onto your canvas
- It appears as a new content node with all content intact
Managing Library Content
In Dashboard -> Sources you can:
- Search saved content by title
- Preview saved items
- Delete items you no longer need
