Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Creatos, an AI-powered content creation platform operated by CreatorFlow ("Creatos", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.

Description of Service

Creatos is an AI-powered content creation platform that allows you to:

Create content workflows using visual drag-and-drop tools
Import sources from various formats (text, URLs, YouTube, images)
Generate content using AI models
Export and manage your created content

Account Registration

To use Creatos, you must:

Create an account with accurate and complete information
Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract
Safeguard your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription and Billing

Free Tier: Limited features and credits as described on our pricing page
Paid Plans: Monthly or yearly subscriptions with additional features and credits
Auto-Renewal: Paid plans renew automatically until canceled
Credits: AI generation may use credits; unused credits may expire based on your plan
Taxes: Taxes may be added where required
Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Creatos to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Distribute malware or harmful code
Attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems
Resell or redistribute access to Creatos
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
Submit sensitive personal data (e.g., health, biometric, children’s data) unless necessary and you have a lawful basis to do so

Content Ownership

For purposes of these Terms, "Content" includes the materials you submit to the Services (including sources you upload or import, prompts or instructions, and workflow configurations) ("Input") and the content generated by the Services ("Output").

Your Input: You retain any rights you have in your Input, and you are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to submit it.
License to Us: You grant Creatos a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, and transmit your Input solely to operate and provide the Services, including sending Input to third-party AI providers when you request AI features.
Output: Subject to these Terms, as between you and us, you own the Output you receive from the Services. Output may not be unique and may be similar to output generated for other users.

AI Features and Disclaimers

AI-generated Output may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Output before using or publishing it.
Do not rely on Output as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Intellectual Property

The Creatos platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party services (such as payment processors, authentication providers, and AI model providers). Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

Service Availability

Creatos is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Specific AI output quality or accuracy
Compatibility with all devices or browsers

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creatos shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Issues with third-party services or AI providers

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Creatos harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or your Content, including claims that your Input or your use of Output violates a third party’s rights or applicable law.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your settings
We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
